Is that a good reading for the starter solenoid? I got my bike back from a friend a few months ago (he was storing it for me) & I noticed that the neutral light/switch doesn't work. Im thinkin you have to pull that cover and you should see it. If it were me doing id look into the neutral/start thing first. Check the starting circuit cutoff relay for continuity. Just rebuilt starter. Starting circuit cutoff relay. When at least one of the above conditions has been met the starting circuit cut-off relay. Measur the diode for continuity as follows. It is showing code 43 on the gauges and im not getting the fuel pump to prime for start up. However, if it is activated bike doesnt start, and, shouldnt have anthing to do with neutral light. Are the tester readings correct? Every other test works good in this sequence; but the thing sounds to good for toast.

Thanks for your input! Connect the pocket tester (W 1) and battery. The starting system. Is the engine stop switch OK? Could it be a relay or the starter possibly? The tps and others where with in the parameters of the service manual.

The pump does work I've tested it with 12v sounded like it should. Basically added a 1/8 inchpplate connecting stay to frame.... took almost 15 minutes. One of the above conditions has been met the. The ecu I had flashed last fall and I don't remember be off the top of my head if I had it flashed with the pc5 configured into the system. Remove the relay unit from the wire harness. Turn the key, lights come on, speedo and fuel gauge cycle, in neutral (light is on), kickstand up, clutch pulled, kill switch in the run position, push the starter button and NOTHING. I initially thought it was the battery so I tried to jump start it with my car turned off but still just a click and I didn't hear the fuel pump ticking either. I mean a relay is just a switch to turn off or on right? I pulled the right side controls, cleaned up the kill switch contacts and starter button contacts. I have to put up the kickstand & find a certain spot when pulling in the clutch to get it to start.. .

Does anybody have possibly a wire schematic of what it might look like if this is possible. Did I ruin the electrical components with the running car even though the bike jump started fine?
